From check-in to departure everything was warm, welcoming and relaxing. Great customer service. A roomy room that was clean and comfortable. Even the parking was close and convenient. Great choice that I will repeat on next trip to the area.

A very nice touch was the 24/7 availability of coffee and tea and an area to gather in. A less attractive feature was the noisy compressor on the in-room refrigerator. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, except for their unfamiliarity with the MTA accessability and timing.

There was no do not disturb flag to put on the door. Room cleaning knocks at 730 after getting to bed after 2am from 20 hr day. It might have been in the app?

The hotel was nice and clean. It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t get the hot breakfast because of Covid-19 and there wasn’t really much of an option to accommodate.
