Reception personnel was the best part of our stay. Both gentlemen grated us with a smile, friendly and helpful. I am not used to traveling and had a number of questions which were greeted with no irritation, but an attitude that wanted to make my trip as seamless as possible.

Everything was great except the front desk didn’t tell us we had to use our room key to use the elevator! Other than that it was a very pleasant stay the man tending bar was so nice when we went down to get a little bite to eat!

The room was clean. You are able to set the temperature of the room, plenty of towels, soap etc. The building, lobby, even the room itself are all aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast included is really good though I often got the fruits, eggs, egg & ham sandwich, and the sausage which were all great! On weekdays, you have more variety perhaps due to higher volume of people on weekends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here and I would stay here on another trip to Boston, MA.

When we booked a room with advertised "city view" I certainly did NOT expect a view over the imposing building across a VERY busy freeway (95). It was loud all night. The room was narrow and the swimming pool was as big as a bathtub. BUT the staff were lovely and it was immaculate. Lose the "city view" in your description. False.

Fairfield Inn Waltham is Great

I like having drawers and closet to store clothes. Every other day room cleaning suits me to help the environment. Great bar area for drinks and some food choices.
