In general it was a good hotel. Just have an initial issue with my check in process, but after some minutes it was resolved. It seems that my initial choice was cancelled and they assign us a different room with different characteristics.

We had to take our dog on the trip last minute and we knew the hotel was pet-friendly, but I was very suprised ro receive a cute pup treat bag with our stay! Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Could be better

Clean room, nice layout, could have used a desk chair (it was the suite). Hockey team kept us up all night running down the hallway. Front Service, Jason, could barely lift his head up from his terminal when checking out and when advised of the excessive noise all night he responded by telling me he knew; that was it. For the price of the room, I would have expected a better demeanor from the desk personnel and more effort to ask the hockey boys to try to keep it down; I’m sure not an easy task.

Very nicely maintained property. Quiet. Easy access to I-93 and I-95. Worked out much better than expected for us after Vrbo in the Brookline area back out on us, and there were no affordable rooms available near Boston University (parent weekend and Regatta weekend).
