The hotel was under renovations, water was running off and on a lot next room, thin walls, the pool was closed, fire alarm went off at 7am we had to leave are rooms for a hour in are pjs because the kitchen staff burned something and set it off, when we checked in we were told the water would be off for hours because of being under construction

Newly remodeled and clean hotel. Rooms were spotless and smelled good. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a safe neighborhood and close to restaurants. Great stay.

I have never had this happen but all the doors on my floor, including my room, were left open. Each door had the door latch flipped so the door would not close. Also someone had used the bathroom and did not flush. I had no idea who had been in my room beforehand and was given unlimited access. It definitely was unsettling.
