Great save and stay

Pros: clean, pleasant and reasonable.
Cons: make sure all front desk staff are equipped to handle confirmations.
My initial encounter with the front desk staff did not go smoothly. When I called, the first person I spoke with asked me to confirm my reservation and when I told her my name, she decided it was too difficult and then asked for my reservation confirmation number. Unable to get to the number she told me that I did not have a reservation at this hotel. I hung up and began my search for the confirmation number. After calming down I called again, my confirmation number ready. This time a very pleasant person at the front desk answered, apologized for my previous reception and all was well again. Once we arrived at the hotel the first encounter was forgotten. The double queen bed room was spacious and had a fold out couch bed. The bedroom and common areas were nicely decorated. And no more problems with the front desk. My family and I will be back.

Very nice hotel

For having a huge snow storm come in they were very prepared. They were shoveling cars out for guests. Pool was cold but spa tub was very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Sometimes it's a good thing to buy an unknown!

Pros: The hotel had a fresh look and smell. I think the landscaping was lovely. the openness in the reception area made the hotel very appealing.
I looked online for a place to stay for approximately 4 nights over the July 4th holiday. I wanted to be near 3 members of my family. These people live in Maynard, Stoneham, and North Andover. I found an offer on Travelocity that with at least a 3-star rating in Woburn, Mass., but the hotel name would not be named until I committed to the reservation. I took the chance and it turned out to be a Courtyard by Marriott. As a person who is handicapped, I often need assistance when I travel. I requested help in bringing my luggage into my room and immediately a worker came to help. He placed my luggage where I wanted and was very courteous and friendly. The room was comfortable and had the appointments that one expects from a high end hotel. On the day before I left, I asked the people at the front desk if it was okay if my granddaughter slept over with me so we could go shopping on Wednesday. I also asked whether she could use the pool. They said there would be no extra charge and she could use the pool. When it came time to check out a front desk person assisted me with my luggage. The gamble was well worth it.

Nice little place.

The room was nice and the bed was comforable. Being right next to the elevator was a bonus, it dropped me right into the pool area. The pool and hot tub were really small, but it was lovely. The complex we were in was very open even while the office building around the area were filling up for the work day. It was 20 minutes outside Boston and 20 minutes from Main Street, making it a great place to avoid the hustle of the city and has some stellar restaurants within a sort distance, not to mention high ramps right there. I could not be happier with my stay.

This was a last-minute reservation because I had injured my back and leg that evening and was unable to continue driving home. The staff were outstanding (both at check-in and check-out) - very efficient, considerate and concerned about my comfort. The room was the perfect environment to get some bedrest on a frigid night. I was in much better condition the next day and was able to drive home to New Hampshire. The kindness and concern of the staff were much appreciated.

Will Return

Good price for a nice room in a convenient location outside of Boston. Even after a major snow storm, the parking lot was clear (sign of a well-kept hotel).

A great deal for the price.

This hotel is only 10 minutes outside of Boston. It was very clean (my number 1 priority). I will make this ""our"" hotel to stay at when visiting our daughter at school

Every staff member at this hotel was very rude. We were charged $320 for game rentals that we didnt use. There was no shuttle to take us to the train station. The shuttle doesnt run on the weekend! I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. If youre staying here to visit Boston this hotel is out of the way. Its about 30 minutes away from Boston.

Great Location to explore Boston

Had a great two days stay in this nice little Marriott. The only disappointment was that the bed wasn't the classic "Marriott Bed" with the amazing linens and pillows. It was just a regular bed. Oh well. The hotel is close to shopping centres, but travelers definitely need a car to get around and to / from places. We drove our car to the Wellington T station and took the train into Boston. One does NOT want to drive into Boston. The room was a good size, and the cleaning staff were very accommodating. We liked this hotel a lot.
