My bartender Michelle was excellent. Fast and friendly. Treated everyone w kindness and respect. I do feel like the front desk is frequently vacated. Every staff member i encountered was friendly and very helpful!

This is an average hotel with amenities. No major thrills. I was on business travel for my stay. Can't say I disliked anything, however it certainly doesn't compare to what you normally find in the city of Boston.
