"Nice boutique hotel near the Harbor and Fan. Hall"
Hotel has excellent look, feel and convenience. Fan. Hall is around the corner as is the Harbor. The only issue is with the front desk and service they provide. While the rooms are well appointed for the rate, the staff are like what I imagine you'd find at motor court next to busy turnpike. The guy at the front desk made check in feel like I was being booked into my first night in jail (not that I've had that experience, but this was what the imagined feeling would be). A couple of them were like that at the Front Desk. (These guys do not belong in the hospitality industry). Also, when the room TV didn't work, I was made to feel like it was my fault and they may get to it when they could.

"Nice hotel close to many attractions and subways"
Chose this hotel because of location and price. Busy time in Boston and hard to find rooms for a family. We thought the location near Beacon Hill was great for accessing the subways and walking. Near MGH,many people around and always felt safe walking back at night. Not much night life in this area, would recommend The Copley area or Long Wharf . Great location between the red line and blue lines, 5 minutes to Harvard, 5 minutes to Quincy Market!

"Great Hotel for going to Fenway. "
We were only there for one night but the staff was very helpful, the room was quite comfortable, and having an actual view of Fenway Park and the Green Monster was quite awesome. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and we had no complaints. Literally a two minute walk to Fenway.

"Nice hotel very close to Fenway."
I stayed at the Verb to have a wonderful weekend in Boston and to catch a game at Fenway. The hotel itself is across the street from Fenway, so as long as you're OK with the baseball crowd during games than it's a good location. The hotel didn't seem to be near anything important other than Fenway. There's some restaurants around but most are geared toward baseball crowds and that kind of atmosphere. The hotel itself does not offer any type of room service or has a bar to hangout in. They do offer a "breakfast", as long as bagels and cut up fruit is what you're in the mood for. We walked a good mile before we could find a place to have sit down breakfast in the neighborhood, but maybe we were looking in the wrong area. The rooms themselves are kind of small and don't have a lot of lounging around area. One thing that kind of urked me was there was a large pool party on Saturday afternoon. It didn't bother us as far as noise or crowd problems, but apparently if was for guest of the hotel offering food and drinks. We were never notified of it or told/asked to join, I don't know if we weren't hip enough or maybe to old but we might have gone if we knew about it. Overall it's a nice hotel, nothing fancy and it's a great location to see a game.

"Marriott Long Wharf"
Marriott Long Wharf Hotel is in the perfect place, right near the water for a wonderful and romantic view at night, and about 50 feet to a T stop for ideal access to get around Boston. I dreamed of staying at this hotel for 8 years, and i was not disappointed. Also, Kendra, who works the desk at night, was among the sweetest people I have ever met. She bent over backwards to help us, and had a smile on the entire time. She made me feel like I was the most important person in that hotel. It was a wonderful experience.
