Encore is great. Their standard and suite rooms when you book direct and harbor view are fantastic. I have stayed a lot from direct bookings using my Wynn account and free promotions. Everytime you get the full treatment and the best rooms. Third party bookings they treat you differently, the rooms are smaller and see to be worse for wear.
