The property, especially with regards to the Casino and Sports Book areas appear to be nothing more than second hand ‘knock-offs’ to the Wynn Las Vegas properties. Also, while the staff are professional and friendly, they have great trouble initially smiling when confronting a guest This is especially true of the Table Game Dealers. They miss the most elemental trait of a good Wynn employee - smile when greeting any and everyone. But then Boston is in the East and Las Vegas is in the West. Perhaps there’s something in the water.

Signage in garage on how to get to the resort was terrible. Finally found an entrance but it was to the casino and no luggage allowed through that entrance. Not a great start. Also had a hard time finding registration, met others along the way also looking for it. Staff weren’t helpful. Once we found registration they were very nice, room came with a $50 spa credit but there were no appointments available and registration said it’s not good for anything but the spa. Resort was beautiful, but stay wasn’t great. Rooms were very nice.

It was so clean, had so many options for food and drinks and all of the staff were so helpful and kind! I was hoping to hop on the water taxi and go into the city but after waiting a half hour and then attempted again later on, it didn't work out. One complaint would be to have a bigger taxi to fit more people or possibly have reservations for it so you know when you'll be guaranteed a ride over.

I prepaid for 3 nights, however, I had a family emergency and had to check out after only 1 night and fly back home to Los Angeles. The lady at the front desk contacted her manager on the phone and she said her manager agreed to give me a refund of the final night and that I just had to have Expedia call and request the refund. She said the manager noted it on my account that she approved the above mentioned refund. When the Expedia rep called the Encore, the manager on duty claimed she didn’t see a note on my account and said she wouldn’t honor the previous pledge of a refund. For this reason, I’m downgrading the stay and I would not recommend this property. I may charge Expedia/Encore back over this incident.

This property was definitely a 5 star location. My ooh's and ahh's started we drive uo to the property. The lobby with the flower art was magnificent and aromatic! The curving escalator was remarkable. The chandeliers are gorgeous. Our room with the view of the harbor was breathtaking. Our bathroom made me feel so at home, the shower was big and the water pressure perfect. Although I didn't take a bath the tub was inviting. The water room was roomy and the his & her area were just enough, I'm telling you it was just like home, everything I needed was there! Thw bed slept well and allnof the bells and whistles like voice activated Alexa, made me lazy but I used them because it was there. This was my first time visiting Boston. I enjoyed my stay so very much and I'd go back to this property in a New York minute
