The room was not clean, with hair found in the bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagging, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the stay did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

First they gave me a room when sofa bed was open it was so dirty they switch my room I paid for a king bed they ended up giving me a full size bed bad experience for one night is ok and I paid so much money for one night for the room to be like that other then that everything is close to it

The room had a tv but it didn’t work. The room also had no heat. The heater never kicked in and it was 67 degrees the entire time we were in the room.

The hallway and lift area were untidy, and the carpets in both the room and the hallway were old and worn out. While the staff did their best with the cleaning, management should really consider replacing them. The lift area was similar; it looked like a public elevator with markings on the walls and unkempt floors. On a positive note, the staff were courteous throughout my stay.

Staff were courteous but the hotel needs a lot of work. Furniture is horrible and so filthy. Carpets very dirty. No vaccumimg or cleaning surfaces done. Hair in shower everywhere. Stains everywhere. Pieces of trash on carpet and dirt is how i know it hadnt been vacuumed or conditioned on a long time. Broken furniture from wear and tear, very old and unstable. I've been here so many times and could tell the bad furniture but room still okay. This time, too dirty.
