The trendy warehouse sort of vibe was a nice departure from the typical suburban hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and room were all great. I enjoyed having an onsite restaurant and the ability to park overnight. The gym was nicely appointed. My only wish was that the room had a microwave. I plan on staying here again next time I come to Cambridge/Harvard.

There was nothing we liked about this hotel. We used to come there before it was sold to Hilton. The room was not cleaned properly every day. One time they forgot to replenish the coffee. Another, the bathtub towel to step on exiting the tub. The bathtub was extremely slippery and when I requested a plastic bathtub mat with suction to place on the bathtub floor they told me they did not have any. The decor of the room is extremely minimalist: only two drawers to place clothing and not big at all. Our suggestion: stay away from this hotel!

Not good. They never clean our room even though we requested at the front desk and left the sign outside They also charged some food to our room that didn't belong to us, they later reversed the charge

The property is great once inside. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were on point. Comfy and so so cozy. It was graduation time in Boston so don’t expect to be accommodated with a room change if first world issues arise like ac not working. Overall Brianna and the rest of the front staff were a grt team. Would go back again.

The air conditioning was very noisy. The bathroom was poorly designed: one has overact behind a metal pole for the toilet paper. A repair around the bathtub faucet was badly done, leaving rusty marks on the plaster. Overall, very disappointing, Not even as nice as a Holiday Inn. Cheap, ugly carpeting in the hallway. When we arrived Friday evening and asked the young woman who checked us in for a nice restaurant recommendation, she suggested Chipotle or a takeout, not having any decent restaurants to suggest. We discovered some on our own. The hotel had zero class. The common areas were kind of dumpy looking. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable.

The wall unit for heat didnt work at all. when i called down to check they said it takes 10 mins for it to kick on but press the heat button. I did and we froze all night but by 8 am it had started to work. The staff two different shifts was rude and inderferant about their suroundings. my husband asked where the closest gas station was by foot and they directed him the wrong way. Rude apon check in when I asked where are room was they said up there somewhere. Not impressed I havent stayed in a Hilton in many years do to them going down hill and this just confirms it for me. PSA do not pay for the 40$ breakfast for 2 people its equivalant to the free breakfast or mock breakfast inclued in most hotels. Its very basic at most.

Never Will I Stay Here Again

There was a loud Vibrating noise in the room especially in the bathroom and entrance, which radiated into the room as the space is small. That disturbed our slumber every night. The bedroom Carpet smelled like pea. Bathroom faucets and fittings were grimy. The toilet bowl was old. Shower curtain smelled like it has never gotten the chance to dry. It held an unpleasant odor. Housekeeping was on request. I requested it on the second day. When I returned to the room, all they had done as part of the service was leave 2 clean bath towels (whereas the room was booked for 3 persons) and they replenished two coffee cups. Beds were not made and our bath soap had finished, that was not topped up. It was obvious that it had not been topped up before we checked in either, since it had finished so quickly. Parking was $25 per night, plus tax. It was an open parking lot exposed to the elements. Nothing complimentary. Just two bottles of water. This was the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel and did not want my skin to touch a thing. It was dark and unwelcoming, on top of that, the staff was very dull and their attitudes seemed to match the atmosphere at the hotel.
