"Beautiful and close to the fun!"
The location was perfect, close to the fun in the North End and near the Harbor. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, high ceilings and a cozy bed. The pink and gold pens were so cute! I would stay there again in a heartbeat for the price we got via Travelocity.

"Beautiful hotel with character"
This hotel is the whole package. From being greeted by a personable, welcoming staff at the door to learning about the town from the knowledgeable, friendly concierge, the Boston Omni Parker House Hotel was a pampering experience. The King bed was heavenly. This hotel cannot be more conveniently located, with great history literally just a step across the street, and I found it to be very safe. The gym on the lower level is clean and open all night, though I found it a bit creepy working out alone after hearing the hotel is haunted (not from staff). However, on the same floor of the gym is a terrific informational display of artifacts from throughout the long history of the hotel, and it's definitely worth a look. The lobby stands no comparison in its opulent splendor. The food at the Parker Bar wasn't impressive, though the ambiance was relaxing and perfect after a day's work. A quick trip to the 14th floor offers delightful views of Boston. The gift shop had few offerings specific to the hotel, which I found disappointing, as I was hoping to have a keepsake of this hotel, like a postcard, etc. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. I hope to stay here again!

"Always nice and convenient"
This hotel is always a convenient choice for someone that wants to be close to the airport. Great view of the waterfront and downtown Boston and a short drive to the city. The bar could be better. It gets very crowded and isnt well configured but overall a nice experience.

"Convenient to Silver line"
Only stayed one night. Very easy hotel to access from Boston Logan airport. At the airport, exit door from baggage claim for the S1 silver line bus. Get off at the World Trade Center stop, walk across Seaport street into door marked Seaport Hotel. Once inside just follow hallway around to lobby and check in desk. Check in was fast, even though it was only 9am, a room was ready. This was a welcome relief after traveling for over 20 hours. The young woman checking me in was very friendly, engaging, and efficient. I have medication that must be kept cold. She explained the rooms come with a refrigerator but not a freezer unit for the travel ice packs. It was no problem for her to put ice packs in a plastic bag with an attached claim tag. Room was clean. Layout very practical. No view to speak of, faced the West Tower of office building. Desk area nice with plenty of outlets to recharge any electronic devices. The refrigerator had 2 complimentary bottles of water, very nice touch. Two heavy terry cloth robes, one in closet and one in bathroom also in the room. No slippers though. Bathroom on the small side. Bathtub with shower setup. I liked the shampoo & conditioner dispensers mounted on wall, no small bottles to deal with. Check out no problems. Since I used Travelocity to book a printed copy of bill could not be provided. Check out clerk was so nice, he walked with me outside to end of corner to make sure found Silver Line entrance. He made sure I knew to take Outbound.

"Excellent historic hotel in a great location."
Came to Boston for a surprise birthday trip for bf. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Given a lovely room upgrade and a lovely surprise of a small bottle of wine and sweets and a bday card for my bf. The room was spotless and spacious and we had a lovely view of the Huntington St. Can't say enough good things about Copley Square Hotel. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Best of all Boston is an amazing city with the most friendly strangers we've ever encountered. Will definitely be back and will def be back to Copley Square Hotel.
