This property is located close to shopping and dining and only a short drive from Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. It is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including complimentary use of the golf cart. Enjoy your mornings on the lanai. All of our properties have WiFi and Cable/satellite TV. The Villages, Florida has all the activities you could dream of. With your temporary Resident ID you have access to 33 executive golf courses and 12 Championship golf courses. Golf in the Villages is tailored to all levels of play. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. This place was perfect besides the very dated furniture in living room. It was uncomfortable and no coffee table to place drinks on. Definitely old style chairs.

We stayed for a month. It was very clean house and quiet neighborhood. The microwave went out and they replaced it promptly. However, we have not yet received our damage deposit back. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay
We chose this place in order to visit with our grandparents for a week and a half. It was a great place to set up our home base. The house was very clean and came with everything you could need. It was also very wonderful to arrive to find complimentary waters, coffee and snacks as we arrived very late due to plane delays. Our 3 year old son enjoyed sitting at the hightop chairs at the counter the most. Decor was simple and pleasant to the eye. Beds were comfortable. neighborhood was quiet and very clean. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our family.
