Very clean Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and bedding. They offered us a free upgrade with a beach view balcony which was a very nice surprise. The hotel is a little dated which is why it didn’t get a 5 but honestly I would give it a 4 and 3/4. Wonderful hotel and experience

First, the staff were great. They were very friendly and accommodating. However, the room was not clean, the couch in the room had stains and rips. The refrigerator was a cooling unit hidden in the corner of the room. To be a Hilton and the price we paid, I was very disappointed. Will not be staying there again. The pictures on expedia were very misleading.

Room felt very neglected. For a Hilton i was very surprised as to how outdated and worn the room was to the be and fixtures in the bathroom. Hotel rooms definitely need reburshing.

Room was clean. Just not quite the level of attention to detail I expect from a Hilton property- the bedskirt had holes in it, the sidewalk to get to the Hilton paid parking was torn up. The stay was fine, I just expected more.

$50 parking, although there is off site available for $30. Breakfast not included but we knew that when we booked. North wing is a bit of a hike from the lobby, but it is all indoors. Nice meal in steakhouse which is independent they said. Did not feel like hiking back to hotel’s “main” restaurant. Overall, pleased.

In north tower ocean front- concrete crumbling, old and decrepit. Worst Hilton I have been in for years. Common areas are great.
