No breakfast ! The pool closes at 10:00 about 8 o’clock we asked the front desk if the pool was heated and the clerk said yes and the pool closes at ten. So we get the children dressed and went down to the pool at 8:35. Then at 8:45 am attended told us we had to be out of the pool by nine. Literally having to get a five year old and a four year old out of the pool just minutes before they had to get out. This was the start of a crying hour. When I complained at the front desk to the person that said it would be open until ten. She then told me the woman who told us to get out was wrong and we could return back to the pool. Now the kids are wet and crying nobody wants to go back in the pool. Ruined our night and pissed off other guests who also had to get out dry off etc. never again it sucked !
