"My family and I stood at this location for 9 days. It was perfectly located. It’s not far from the airport, and close to everything in the metropolitan area, so getting around, and venturing out was easy.Angel, the owner is a great communicator and he is very easy to contact. He is quite helpful.The house itself is very nice. Care and detail has been put into it. As soon as you walk in there is a small table with a binder with the rules that should be followed. Nothing out of the normal, just basic rules that any guest should follow. There are also local recommendations in the book for both food and entertainment. The house is stocked with all the things you’d need. The back of the house has a nice sized yard; it’s a great place to relax.I highly recommend this location! I definitely would stay again!"

"I had a delightful stay in a wonderfully convenient location. It was approximately 20 minutes from Old San Juan, 15 minutes from the beach, an hour from Luquillo in the East, and two hours from Aguadilla Beach in West. The location was ideal for a 3- to 5-day trip exploring the northern part of Puerto Rico. The host and the home were absolutely perfect, exceeding expectations. I was completely satisfied with the host's communication and would undoubtedly stay again if visiting Puerto Rico with family and friends. 殺"

"Good proximity to airport in the direction of El Yunque Rain Forest. Building can be little tricky to find but host provides good directions on how to access the property. Google maps would direct us to the back side of the building with no vehicle access. Property is located in the middle of a residential district with stores and restaurants about a 5-10 minute drive away. Really good parking spot near building. Condo building common areas are overall okay but require some maintenance. For example, a smoke detector in the hall outside the room was giving the low battery chirping during our entire visit. The condo unit itself was in good condition, clean, and accurately matched the listing.Overall, a good spot that’s reasonably priced - especially if you’re looking for a spot between the airport and El Yunque."
