"Bathroom could of been a bit cleaner. The sofa bed had to be upgraded and the sofa wasn't as cleaned. Otherwise, i had a great time in the pools, music was great and food average. Palomino grill restaurant also had good food and pincho was a bit under cook."

"Staff were rude. When asking for additional towels was told you already have two. Manager was terrible to deal with. There is nothing around that you can walk to. There are limited seats around the pool and we found ourselves always having to move to let them by. Rooms are parsley decorated with no place for you luggage."

"Like the property and why it provides guests, however the check out process is not convenient for guests, take longer than needed and staff are not there to help when we need them "

We had a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded immediately and resolved the problem right away. Overall, communication with the host was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again!"
