Book a hotel near Palomino Island, Puerto Rico

"The property was beautiful! So much to do there and very clean. The food was average and overpriced and the lobby/nightlife was depressing and dead. The lobby is dark and has lots of closed down stores and empty spaces like an old mall. The "entertainment" at night is an afterthought and nobody really goes to it. With the size of the property and all that there is to offer- you'll never be bored, just don't go if you're looking for good nightlife and to party at night. Great for families with kids and couples. "

"Just arrived home and wanted to write this review. Well, we enjoyed the remote sleepy seaport area. The views were spectacular!!!! Before I elaborate on our issues. It’s very important to whoever reads this to understand I've never provided a rating. But traveling outside the US it’s important we get the best service from unfamiliar territories and be protected. We were in the USVI for a couple weeks making our last destination in Fajardo, Puerto Rico before heading home. So, here’s our experience. First off, their pictures they advertised are very deceiving. The place is very dated and the wooden balcony is completely different from their website. The balcony felt unstable especially from 6 stories up. On site it looks new the one in question is weathered in white paint. Once, again the view very SPECTACULAR!!!! Over looking the Palomino Island and Isleta Marina was very impressive!!! So here’s our major issue. We stayed there four days and three nights. Two of those early mornings 7 or 8 am (normal construction times) throughout the day was major construction going on. Now, we had to record this because it was unbearable to sleep. And as I stated we had been traveling for two weeks and were looking for peace and relaxation which didn’t happen on 3/31/26 & 4/1/26. It would have been appropriate to inform future tenants so we would take action. It really was a damper especially on vacation. Just a few items that were very disturbing. "

"The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s in a great location, close to food and a park, though you’ll definitely need a car to get around.The balcony and view were absolutely stunning, easily the highlight of the stay.There were a few inconveniences. The key situation was a bit frustrating, as you need separate keys for the door, elevator, and pool, and only one set is provided, which can be tough when staying with a group. The sliding glass doors were also very difficult to open and close, and the TV screen was blurry and not in great condition.Overall, a nice place with a beautiful view, just a few things that could be improved.Host was responsive to messages concerning the check in process.
