"This property was intentionally curated to make the visitor field welcome and at home. It had everything we needed and was wonderfully decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice. This family of five, which included a five year-old enjoyed every aspect of the property. It even had toys for the five year-old to play with and supplies for the beach. The plethora of outdoor spaces allowed our individual family members to be able to take breaks of solitude whenever they needed. A simply lovely stay with a well stocked kitchen, and everything you need to be comfortable and happy."

"We had 12 family members here to celebrate mothers day. The house was amazing with plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub area were like our own private resort. We were not able to use the resort pools because you need to purchase day passes ahead of time. They were sold out for 2 weeks during our time. I wish we had known that ahead of time. We did enjoy the resort restaurants, beach, golf court, casino and bars. We loved driving around on the golf carts and highly recommend renting them just to get to the beach. The hill would be a tiring climb back to the home. Being up on the hill provided beautiful views. We loved that refillable water dispensers were provided during our stay so we didn't need to worry about purchasing water bottles. The beds were super comfy. We felt like we were staying in a museum with the artwork which was fun to check out in each of the rooms. Staff was responsive to any items that needed attention. We hired the private chef for 3 meals and highly recommend the Surf and Turf option. It was 5 star quality and presentation. It was so nice to have meals prepared and clean up done. We felt like royalty. The Hot Tub was super hot which was perfect. Just how you would want it. There are plenty of beach supplies to keep all ages entertained. The surf and boogie boards got good use. We traveled to the rain forest and did a snorkel cruise to Culebra Island. Great trip! Highly recommend this home. "

"Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast we were never offered a replacement or refund. If you’re looking to go relax and lounge and be taken care of this is not the place for you. Even the Greek restaurant forgot to give us silverware and napkins prior to bringing our food. Extremely disappointing experience."
