"Very nice. Clean room and all amerities was great. If you like, Beach, pools, Tennis and Golf this is the rigth place to stay in Puerto Rico. Plus near to "El Yunque"."

"Pros: The view is beautiful. The outdoor shower is a nice touch if that's your thing. The A/C worked well, and there was hot water. Cons: Our stay started badly when we were given the wrong code to retrieve the keys. We received no response from the number we were instructed to text and were repeatedly left on read. Hotels.com ultimately had to help us gain access. The ant problem was overwhelming. Ants were everywhere—including the bedrooms. We bought traps, sprays, and even a storage tub just to keep snacks safe, but nothing solved the issue. The property itself is poorly maintained. The deck is rotting, with broken boards. One morning an entire board fell through. Someone later placed it back, but it was never repaired and remains a safety hazard. One sliding glass door was cracked, and another would come off its track if opened more than about a foot. The only dresser was unstable and would tip forward when a drawer was opened, making it unusable. The refrigerator smelled strongly of rotten fish the entire stay. We were without water for most of one day. We moved lounge chairs over the worst section of the deck to avoid falling through. The kayaks provided were essentially unusable due to their condition. The deck lights didn't work, making the unsafe deck even more dangerous at night. There was no net to clean bugs from the pool, and the curtains were dirty. Would we stay here again? Absolutely not. There is a reason these rentals are offered as non-refundable"
