Welcome to UnWine on the Line #130, a Landmark Vacation Rentals’ home. This coastal gem is located along a stretch of stunning salt marsh in the quiet oasis of Scotch Bonnet Soundside Community. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a seclusive neighborhood and offers extraordinary front-row views of the sound and marsh, partial ocean views, a community pool, and a conveniently located beach access that is easily walkable. A private, fenced-in backyard provides a space to run and play (dogs are welcome with an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed). This house also features its own shallow water dock, perfect for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. This home has two kayaks that guests can launch at the private dock. Enjoy being conveniently located near many popular Surf City shops and restaurants.

The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. The carport has covered parking for two vehicles. An extra-long driveway fits several more vehicles. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.

The main living area is bright and open with ample seating, natural light, a large wall-mounted flat screen smart TV with cable, and a decorative fireplace. The farmhouse style dining table seats seven, and the breakfast bar seats an additional four more. The kitchen and game closet are well stocked. A half bathroom is located on this level. Soundside and ocean side decks offer beautiful salt water views.

The primary suite on the top floor has a king-sized bed, smart TV with cable, a desk area, a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower and double vanities, and a private balcony overlooking the marsh. Through a sliding barn door is a daybed with trundle, walk-in closet, another desk area, and private deck with ocean views.

The lowest floor has another primary ensuite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen smart TV with cable, bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities, and private porch with panoramic sound views. There are two additional bedrooms located: one has queen-sized bed while the other has a full-sized bed with full trundle. These bedrooms share a deck with panoramic ocean views and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanities. Both the queen and full over full rooms have Roku TV’s. The queen-sized room also has a desk for any remote work that may be necessary while on your trip.

Linens are included and beds (with the exception of top bunks and trundles) will be made prior to your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Overall stay was great, weather was perfect, until it wasnt. First Tropical storm witnessed in this gorgeous home that did very well in 40-70 mph direct wind and Heavy rain. But before the strom, nice pier but shallow water to fish, but awesome view and chill area. The views from every deck are to die for. The house was great but just a few things need tending to like the towel racks in bath room 2nd floor was falling off wall. House keeping could be a little more though, sheets. Dishwasher filter was clogged. But that being said we enjoyed our stay very much. And already have friends wanting info for rental. Very pleased. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.
