You will be located within walking distance of a light rail station, bus stop, restaurants, shops, and Green Lake (and its surrounding park) for year-round recreation. Another great perk about this location is that you will enjoy easy access to I-5, the U-District, and Tangletown.

Inside this air-conditioned home away from home, you will find a welcoming living area with inviting sofas, offering a great spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Plan your next adventures, play puzzles and cards, or simply rest after a fun-filled day exploring the area. Discover a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious homemade treats and meals for the group that you can later enjoy at the adjoining dining table. From the kitchen, you can easily access the home's well-furnished deck, complete with a cozy outdoor sofa.

Two bedrooms can be found on the first level, one of them with a convenient desk. On the second floor, you will find a spacious third bedroom equipped with another desk. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer in the kitchen, free WiFi, and partial AC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
