Lovely hotel!

Pros: Location
Location: We walked to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, the Space Needle!
We especially enjoyed the location! We were able to walk to most of our destinations in the city! The room was small, but very well appointed!

No city veiw

Book a city view room, got view of building and people walking outside window room, as staff walkway. Not worth what paid for, also out dated and torn furniture in room plus stairs going down into room. If wasn't for a one night stay would have gone somewhere else

Getting outdated and smelly

Pros: The location is great. The staff is friendly
Cons: change out the mattresses and get all new carpet. Old carpet smells bad.
stayed there 10 years ago. Carpet was the exact same carpet and the wear was old and smelly. The staff was pleasant and nice. The restaurant was over priced and food was just ok. The bed mattress was not very comfortable. The queen bed seemed like a double and not a queen bed. The king bed was nicer the first stay.

College dorm room by the train tracks

Pros: Lobby views are beautiful
Cons: Bigger room, more soundproof from trains
Location: Seattle was great, we walked to everything
The hotel was nice overall, however the room size was so small it really made for an unpleasant stay. My wife and I both agreed our college dorm rooms were larger than this room. It was so small that we didn't even have a dresser to put our clothes in. There are rooms that are bigger, just don't get a queen room. Also, the train tracks across the street were very busy, with so many crossings in one area was very loud. They actually give you earplugs in the room to block the noise. Overall the stay was ok, but way overpriced for what you get.

Joseph's birthday getaway

We had a great time in our room was excellent service with superb especially our waitress at 67 in the morning. Miss Rebecca Better didn't outstanding job made us feel like we were home and actually felt like someone cared. She deserves kudos and a raise. And when we come back again it's only her we will allow to wait on us 😃❤️😎

A nice change of pace

The Washington heat wave had my girlfriend and me bogged down during our visit to this beautiful state. The 4th of July traffic and less than friendly disposition of some locals could have been a deal breaker. Luckily, the comfort and ease of the Edgewater put both of us at ease and completely turned our trip around for the positive... Just be prepared to valet for $40. All parking is valet.

A little funky and a lot of fun.

I didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprized with the hotel. The location was great and within walking distance to Pike's Place. Room service was delicious and prompt and the bathrooms were well appointed with a stone shower. We had a view of the bay and enjoyed the colorful sunsets. You could literally fish out your room window. It was a nice change of pace.

Great Waterfront View

While I was disappointed the hotel does not include a pool, the views that the waterside rooms provides is fantastic. The rooms are a little on the small side, but kept clean and tidy. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast to start your day off on the right foot!

Fabulous Hotel Worth the Price

We stayed at the Edgewater after an Alaskan cruise - a perfect pace to end our trip. The view is amazing -right on Puget Sound, The Hotel itself is like stepping into a mountain retreat. If you stay here, eat in the hotel dining room - great food - delicious salmon! Expert cocktails at the friendly, attractive bar. The hotel is within an easy walk to Pike's Market and the Space Needle/Chilhuly Garden.
