Great Location

The Warwick is close to everything. Great restaurant's within walking distance and the mall was just around the corner. From the airport, the light rail ended just steps away from the hotel. A definite plus ($$) Although the hotel restaurant was nice and a fairly good breakfast, my son and I felt a little nauseous after having appetizers in the hotel bar one evening. We suspected a certain food was at fault. All-In-All, I would stay there again but watch what I ate after 9:00pm.

Pros: Grear room, convenient location to great restaurants.
Cons: Free or much reduced parking rate, more customer servic training for staff, longer bar hours past 10:30 pm.
Location: Great Tom Douglas restaurants, Jazz Alley, all within a block or less of the hotel.
Great room, expensive parking for hotel guests, grumpy bartender, bar closes too early on a friday night.

Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: Reduce parking fees for guest.
Location: Pike Place Market, Pier, Space needle, aquarium, zoo, and International district was nice to see too.
Clean, close to Pike Place Market and pier. Parking was expensive, about 35 dollars a night for hotel guest. But location is great.

Close to everything!

Great hotel, although expensive if you want to be walking distance to all Seattle has to offer. Our only issue was a housekeeper that insisted she clean the room although we just checked in and the room was clean. She had to come into our room so we could show her! The hotel staff surprised us with an anniversary gift of coconut balls and a bottle of wine. That was very sweet since we were celebrating our anniversary.

Great location in heart of city.

Pros: I like older hotels that have been maintained effectively. This is one of those hotels.
Location: Great restaurants close. City sights are all around. Waterfront is close.
Rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Couldn't beat the location. This is not my first time at this hotel.

Good location

Staff was always very helpfull ,great view of Needle from room ,happy hour very good, restaurant menu was very good ,good service all around. A couple of negatives there was construction across the street from our room and was very noisy at times .the room needed some repair -bathroom mostly. THE BIGGIE WAS WI-FI WAS NOT FREE ? As we explored the surrondings ,other hotels, restaurants, had it even in the lobby or bar. It was available ,but not there.

nice location

Pros: good location
Cons: Noisy
The hotel is a very nice hotel within walking distance to all the main attractions of the city. We didn't have a car so can't comment about that. The price paid on discount travel site was right in our budget. There is a very nice grocery, deli across the street for something quick to eat. We enjoyed the comfort of the room too. Our only gripe would be the noise coming from the building of a high rise across the street. It looked like it had a long way to go before completion. So, if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this place BUT if you are like me just use earplugs and that should do the trick.
