We stayed for 4 nights 5 days. There was 13 of us including 4 kids. I have to say the property was very nice and roomy. Getting there was fine, about 2 miles into the road but I like how it seemed hidden. We felt safe at the property and it’s actually a small subdivision of homes so that’s nice. Gate access for entry and exit was nice for safety. A few more pros:
Gas for stove, dryer and grill worked fine
Lots of plates, pots and pans and silverware
Felt roomy enough
Master and second master large space
Pool was warm
Beautiful view from second floor Balcony and 3rd floor balcony, great breezes
Good AC
Clean sheets
So for the cons , and I preface this by saying that I sent all of these things to the owner Zach and he was very gracious and I’m sure
He will make sure that the smaller details are corrected/fixed/ looked at more closely for future guests. For the price I believe that I can be more critical.
Gate unable to open all the way ( no clicker) we had a suburban that would not have fit through the smaller opening at the bottom parking area
Top gate did not close
No AC remote for the 2nd master so room was hot
Pool was dirty on arrival. Including pool area. We still swam and enjoyed it and the pool company came right after I contacted Zach
Cigarette butts scattered throughout the property
Hose leaking ( did not affect us but not sure if it was supposed to have a slow leak, unless that could have effected the water pressure which was very low but may be related to the island)
Master bedroom door very difficult to close Elevator door in the master got stuck closed
Bed situation not as upfront
“Den” area nice but bed was not in a separate room but just divided by partition
Small bed in “tight” looking areas actually directly off 2nd master
No door to second master
Toilet paper low, we went out and bought
No hand towels for kitchen
Only one role of paper towels for the kitchen provided
The den door/lock was broken, latch was off. Difficult to open and lock.
The WiFi was awful. The TVs did not work because of this. Difficult to connect on phones
Now would I stay here again if these things were corrected? Yes, definitely!!I mean biggest issues for me were the gate door not opening, the ac remote missing and kind of the bed situation in second master and den. I think because we spent a lot of time at the house and we just saw some of those minor issues that’s all.
All in all we had a great time.
