About this space
Beautiful 1500 sq ft loft apartment. Located in historic north side. Minutes from both the stadiums, night life, casino, and museums! Best suited for 2 but can accommodate 4. Open floor plan. Hard wood floors. Exposed brick. Huge state of the art kitchen. Beautifully executed bathroom with a walk in shower and massive soaking tub. If the bathtub isn't enough for you there is a hot tub located in the light well 1 floor down from the loft. Our other AirB&B is a Plus.
The space
If you have ever wondered what loft living in a real warehouse would be like this is the space for you! Original hardwood floors and brick walls make the perfect backdrop for a recycled and reused esthetic. That topped with the owners creative vision to custom make the chandelier, the coffee table, and the unique sink and soaking tub is a must see to believe.

We live in the building as well so we are available. The northside community we live in is historic and a dreamy walking area. We are also close to the T which takes you downtown for free! There are 5 museums within in walking distance of our loft. With notice 2 passes can be made available for the Mattress Factory Art Museum. As an additional bonus we provide a welcoming bottle of wine, an assortment of bathrobes to choose from, and shampoos and soaps for your convenience!

Industrial with vintage flair

Mitchell was an awesome host, who had everything ready for us upon arrival down to a bottle of bubbly chilled for us! He was on site and responded super quickly if we had any questions. The unit was super clean and well stocked if you were to forget anythung you may need. My husband and I had an incredible weekend here at the flashlight factory! The location was very clise to stadium and casino. Thank you Mitchell!
