The Space
Welcome to our charming Rustic Chic Farmhouse, located just a stone's throw from downtown Pittsburgh and just minutes away from the restaurants and scenic overlooks of Mount Washington. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the inviting front porch while taking in the stunning sunrise or sunset.
Inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and cozy living room, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The dining room is perfect for intimate family dinners or larger holiday gatherings, with plenty of room to spare.
Head upstairs to find the master bedroom, situated above the living room for maximum privacy and space. The second bedroom features a unique staircase leading up to a loft on the third floor.

While the house itself offers plenty of enjoyment, there is so much more to explore in the surrounding area. Raccoon Creek State Park is located in southwestern Pennsylvania and features a beautiful man-made beach along the shores of Raccoon Lake. The Raccoon Creek Beach is a popular spot for swimming and sunbathing during the summer months.
The beach area is surrounded by a large grassy field, which provides ample space for picnics and other outdoor activities. There are also several shaded picnic areas with tables and grills available for visitors to use. The beach itself is equipped with several lifeguard stations to ensure the safety of swimmers.
In addition to swimming and sunbathing, Raccoon Creek State Park offers a wide range of outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, boating, and camping.
