I have stayed at this hotel before. My most recent hotel stay was June 2015 and we decided to stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. The place was clean and they supply everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The resort is huge and its very well kept. I do think a little bit of upgrading would be nice. The sectional sofa bed in our room was terrible. It was a leather couch that looked very worn and disgusting to me. I did not sit on it because it was gross and cracked in several places. The cushions on the patio furniture also looked very worn. This is a time share resort, they offer you free breakfast and "discounted" theme park tickets in exchange for a 90 minute tour. They tried to lure me without really mentioning the tour. If you have time and are interested go for it. If you are only looking for discounted tickets, don't do the tour. Its a waste of time and they can be really pushy at the end when its time to "seal the deal" Other than that this resort is a nice play to stay. It's down the road from Walmart and its near Universal Studios and it's not too far from the Disney Theme Parks. I would stay there again and hope there is a better looking couch in my unit.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your unit and that it provided you with everything you needed to feel comfortable and right at home and that you found our resort to be convenient to Walmart, Universal Studios, and Disneyworld. Our nightly resort certainly does include access to our fitness center and we are disappointed to hear that you have been misinformed. We are currently undergoing renovations to our resort and we appreciate your patience in this matter. As a timeshare resort, we certainly offer our guests the opportunity to take a tour, however, signing up is purely voluntary and there is no obligation. We do hope to see you visit us again soon.
