This place looked like a really nice place to be especially reading some of the reviews. The proofing seemed great since we we going in a group of 8. Our check in was a nightmare. We called ahead of time to ensure our check in would be easy going as we were driving 4 hours to get there. The person at the front gate couldn’t not find my check in information anywhere and kept blaming the front office telling me that it’s their fault. There was one sweet person who helped us I believe her name was Sadie. She stepped in and got our parking passes and hotel keys after the whole ordeal. When we got to our cottage and started unpacking we noticed there was 3 big roaches in loft area. The kids couldn’t sleep bc they were petrified. The office was closed and nobody to contact as the guard at front gate again said “you would have to take that up with the office”. The next day after being in seaworld all day we came back to hotel at about 9:30 again the front office was closed. We had the same issue with another guard at the front gate getting our parking situated after we were already told we can pick up The passes at the front gate upon arrival. The guard rudely closed the window in our faces until giving us a visitors pass. I have had quite the experience so far . Let alone the feeling as though there could possibly be bed bugs . I woke up this morning at 5 am I check out today. My body has been itching all night . I couldn’t go back to sleep. What a night mare !!!!!

Staying in a cabin was a unique experience for us. Much better then the typical hotel room. Everything was super clean. Because of the Covid19 and bad weather we didn't get to use the facilities , such as the pool minature golf etc. But overall experience was positive.

So i would give a full 5 star review except a few things one of the a/c vents was busted the nob for the shower was on backwards i.e it says cold but its actually its hot the a/c unit wouldn't let me lower the temperature below 70 degrees i like it cold to sleep

Property was nice. We were only there to sleep so we didn't even look at the pool. Staff was friendly at check-in.

It was ok; The office closed way too early so if you got in later than 9 you can't check in. No way to check out before 7am luckily the guard at the gate was nice enough to handle it for me. They also provide a wifi code but don't tell you it cost money to use it. Our so called "loft" with two twin bed was just 2 matters on the floor of a space too small for my 6 year old. Had pots, pans, cups plates but not a single utensil! Had to tell them 3 times I already paid for my room. Best i can say is the staff was nice and place was clean. Very unlikely to ever stay again

I like that you are in a private cottage. Don’t have to deal with hotel hallways and elevators. The staff is extremely efficient and the property is very clean and well kept. This is our second stay and will definitely stay in the future.
