Rooms were full of mold! Bed linens and quilts were dirty! Carpets were moist and filthy! Room and hallway smelled of severe cigarette smoke but we had a non smoking room in a supposedly non smoking area! My daughter and wife both have cancer and woke up with headaches and bad coughs! Dangerous looking individuals walking the hallways! Did not feel safe we will never use internet 3rd party to book rooms again!!!!

Location only

I felt sick after being in room for 10 minutes. Found a used washcloth in the shower. I knew when I booked this place it was only about cost and location, as I was only staying one night by myself, but after having cold sweats all night I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was friendly as others have said, but bring a hazmat suit if booking a room.

Parking was bad. Only one entry and you had to walk all the way around the building when you parked in the back. Cramped bathroom. The shower leaked. Had a wierd smell in the room.

Smelly and dirty

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything could be improved.
Location: The location is why I chose this place, the concert I was going to was less than a mile away.
When we opened the door to the room we were overwhelmed with the stench of incense. The room, including the bathroom were not cleaned well at all. We could see through to the outside where the air conditioner was in the wall, which also leaked heavily onto the balcony. The door to the balcony also had a gap between it and the wall. The air conditioner was set at sixty degrees, but the room was probably seventy five. If you stand at the edge of the balcony you can see into the room next door easily. I will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone. In fact, I'm embarrassed to say I stayed there. Unfortunately, I had prepaid and didn't have time to move.

Met my expectations.

Pros: Nice and quiet which is quite a relief compared to some.
Cons: Please add an elevator.
Location: Downtown Orlando, many things to do, lots of bars and restaurants in the area.
I was not expecting a Hilton and I didn't get one. The room was comfortable, quiet, and normal. I was at first scared of the shower, but I realized the second night that the walls were a fake marble and the lines were not mold, which is what I thought at the beginning. I had an option to shower at another location so I did. One other note about the shower, small for bigger guys like me. Not a tub shower. A big improvement would be an elevator. It's only two floors but the stairs seemed steep, especially after going up and down a few times. I had to call the front desk to turn on my TV (after the first call the clerk (Bob who was great) came up to show me the tricky part. They have a cable box and a TV remote that work in combination which I finally figured out. Also in reference to the TV, there was not a card with the channels so I was told there was a guide channel (Bob again) but with the amount of channels (hundreds) it took a long time to get around to the regular channels.

Walking Distance

My daughter and I stayed here last night; walking distance to the Amway center for concert. Front desk guy, Bob, was awesomely helpful; room was clean. Definitely an older building with some wear and tear, but our room was clean, cold and the bed was very comfortable. While we took a cab (on Bob's recommendation) to the event, we walked through downtown Orlando/Church street after the concert and ended up walking all the way back to the hotel. Would stay here again for a down town event
