I really love the Hyatt Place. The room was clean and large and very welcoming! The lobby is nice and I love their market area whch allows you to get sodas or snacks anytime. When I first arrived my room wasn’t ready so I left my stuff with the very friendly and efficient front desk person and left to go to the theme parks. When I returned the person that was there for the evening wasn’t not as welcoming or nice. From then on it was clear to to me that the night time staff was not as friendly as the daytime. The person I encountered that first time and a few times after that seemed annoyed when approached for anything and she didn’t seem to care about the attitude she was giving off. Honestly she was the only negative spot on an otherwise lovely stay.

Was not told that breakfast wasn’t free, like ALL of the Hyatt Places I have been. On top of that, the breakfast was mediocre, at best. Also, the drain in the tub/shower was super-slow, which had you standing in a pool of water, while showering!!!

This nice, clean hotel served all of my needs and desires. Natasha at the front desk (and bartender) was especially charming and helpful. She gave me a quiet room on the top floor away from the elevator without my even having to ask. The location, including the parking lot, is convenient and safe. I will certainly stay here again.
