The room was ok, good size. The phone in the room did not work. Had to go to the hall way phone to call reception. The carpet in the room was wet and smelly. People at Reception were Great!! They decorated the room for my daughter’s Birthday. For a cost, but to see my daughter’s face light up when she saw all the decorations was all for me. Thank you for that.

The room was nice, very clean, the hallway however was dirty, there was debris on the floor outside our room. Booked my room through Expedia and the parking was supposed to be $20 but when I got my statement it's more like $25

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it has been wonderful both times. The room was very clean and nice to stay in. We had plenty of room to keep our things and it’s extremely close to Universal Studios!

Would’ve given 5 stars but light housekeeping was offered after 2nd night but we never received it and we stayed longer. Also, toilet kept clogging and bathroom sink was the same. We’d go to the lobby to use the restroom and it would sometimes be clogged as well. Other than that, room was beautiful and big. Breakfast was good and loved the pool! I do plan on returning and again my family and I loved everything else besides these few hiccups.
