We have reinvented everything in this 1928 tiny home and brought in brand new furnishings, even a new Memory Foam mattress. You will love your relaxing time while being 4 minutes to everything.
This home has everything you need and all in a Tiny House. From queen bed to washer&dryer. You will have a designated parking space steps away from your door in a neighborhood that is perfect for dog walking down the sidewalks and paver streets.

Nice and quiet
We spent a long weekend, and the place was nice and quiet, which I'm always concerned about, especially in hotels. Well and fully furnished with great amenities and a full kitchen. Excellent value and a perfect location in Winter Park, close to shopping, restaurant, and cafes. We will book again.

Quaint and perfect location. Super responsive owner
Although tiny, this place is perfect for a 1-2 people. In a safe location with sidewalks and in walking distance to grocery store and lots of restaurants. Owner is very responsive-attended to an issue immediately and beyond satisfactorily. Would be happy to stay in one of their properties again.
