• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

The home is lovely. There were not enough towels for the number of bedrooms. Carpet needs cleaning and a deep clean of the home would really show off this beauty,However, one of my guest was almost run down by a car in the neighborhood and loud music played alllllllllllllllll night.

Worst Vrbo stay ever. Checking in was terrible they email me almost 3 hours after check in time after I called over 5 times and finally had to have bento reach out to the property manager. After finally getting access the house was not clean ave there were ants and roaches running around the house. Carpets stained throughout the house and foul smells. My family and I had to spend time and money to make the best of a terrible experience. To add insult to injuries when I call the property manager for assistance I was told not to call them I had to call Vrbo for assistance. Terrible way to spend my 60 bday. If I see this company as the management company I will think twice about renting anything from them.

Lots of potential, poorly managed

This property has a ton of potential and a nice layout to fit a large group. My complaint is the property is not cleaned very well and seems like they do a very light wipe down between guest. For example, our group found hair in multiple showers, vacuuming spots that were missed and it doesn’t appear they changed the sheets on all the beds. It was disappointing the home was not supplied with basic supplies such as hand soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies and did not provide any extra toilet paper or garbage sacks. It is annoying to have to make a Walmart run for basic supplies on day 1. Also one of the showers was completely clogged and after multiple emails to management company no one came out to look at the problem or fix the shower drain. As I said the property has a lot of potential just need a better management company.

This property has a lot of potential. However, the owner needs to check it out from time to time.

The property was ok.. However, we fault gnats all weekend and poured out a lot of wine. Because of the gnats. Bed sheets was not clean.. and we had to wash them before we could sleep. Air down stairs was not working properly....I mean to fold the covers back and body fluids and dirty sheets. It's a now for me..
