Veranda Palms Resort is a gated community located just 4 miles to the gates of Disney and 5 miles to Interstate 4 giving access to Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wet and Wild and Premium Shopping Outlets.

This Luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Air Conditioned Villa with Swimming Pool and Spa is ideally set within a conservation area. It’s south facing pool overlooks a lake view and wooded conservation area which provides a wide variety of wildlife for the nature enthusiasts.

Some sightings include Deer, Wild Pigs, Otters and a wide variety of birds including The Bald Eagle.

The south boundary of the resort gives access to Shingle Creek County Park providing breath taking scenery and boarded walkways it’s the perfect place for a morning walk or sunset stroll.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.


Pool heat/spa heat is an extra $35 per night plus tax and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival.

House was big and pretty. I purchased the pool heater and the pool temperature was perfect for my family. I appreciate the high chair and was able to rent a crib for him as well. Perfect for our Family’s Disney Vacation
We absolutely loved this beautiful house. It was perfect for our family of 5. All of the kids (11, 12 & 15)had their own room and the layout of the house was perfect. It is beautifully decorated and the heated pool was a great hit! We are already planning our next trip back to stay at this property!!

great house
we had a great stay on our vacation in florida. great little house very clean and in a good neighborhood. loved how close it was to everything. the game room was a great addition to the place we loved using it. pool and hot tub were the kids fav. only thing we were lacking was extra TP. thanks for letting us use your home we will be back for sure next year!

Spacious and great location
Lovely spacious villa in a great location, approx 15 mins from Disney and 25 from Universal. Well maintained villa complex although can’t speak for the community pool area as we didn’t visit that. Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed although it was a little tired in places ( outdoor furniture could do with a refresh and dishwasher didn’t drain properly. Also patio door held closed by a piece of wood.). Good sized rooms and our teenage boys loved the games room. Overall I thought it was value for money and would consider staying here again as it was a good base and we spent most of our time out anyway.

Christmas vacation
We took our kids to Disney for Christmas and new year's. The house was amazing and kids loved the pool and hot tub and the game room. We couldn't get the master bedroom tv to work but that was probably operator error. The only thing I would have changed is it was hard but not impossible to make a full Christmas dinner with the few available cookware. Most houses we've stayed at have fully stocked kitchens so I never have a problem. If there were more pot and pans it would be perfect. We are already planning next trip down to house again though.

Everything was beautiful only down fall was minor storm damage out back, and that the hot tub didn’t get very hot n wasn’t warm for to long.
