The Space:

Welcome to our modern, sun-filled townhome in the exclusive New Preserve Area!

Relax in a spacious living room with a 70" TV, or gather around the sleek, fully equipped open kitchen with seating for 5 at the counter and 6 more in the dining area. The ground floor features a comfortable King bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, enjoy a luxurious King suite with a private bath (bathtub & double sinks), a themed room with a Full bed plus Twin trundle, and another with two Twin beds (one is a twin-over-twin trundle). These rooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower. All bedrooms are themed, have TVs, and the washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.

Step outside to your private screened pool area with lounge chairs, outdoor dining for 6, fun games, and a photo stage—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, fresh towels and linens (including pool towels), and a full-size washer and dryer upstairs. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

We provide a welcome kit with essentials: dishwasher detergent, sponge, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner (refills not provided). For your security, a Ring camera is installed at the front door.

Pool heating: $30/day (please request in advance; requires ~2 days to heat)

HOUSE RULES (please read carefully)

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 21+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Pool safety (strict): Children may not be left unattended at the pool at any time. An adult must supervise children at all times, and no unsupervised children are permitted in or near the pool—ever.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

All units are privately owned. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Unclaimed items will be held for 24 hours after checkout. By booking, guests accept all risks associated with use of the property and facilities, including for any invitees.

Storm & Hurricane Policy:



Refunds are only issued if state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation for this area. In such cases, unused rent will be refunded for current or upcoming guests. No refunds will be granted otherwise.

Storey Lake Resort offers two resort-style Clubhouses, you also have access to both, the first one is in front of the Condo area includes Gym, Lazy River & Putt Putt with Tiki Bar and Restaurant, and additional Kayak rental is available.
