Lovely Condo

Condo was very clean, decorated very nicely. The accomadations were very comfortable. The area seemed very safe and a calm atmosphere. We were within 15 minutes of any parks or the ESPN center. Check in was super easy and the guards on sight are so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend.

Things that need updating

Vertical Blinds in Living room need to be replaced. Need wine glasses and bottle openerFor an extended stay a vacuum, mop and bucket would be nice. The Master bedroom ceiling fixture needs lightbulbs.

Disney Holiday

The keypad to unlock the door didn’t work. A key was provided so we ended up using that. The dishwasher did not work. At 7 pm, a dishwasher guy stopped by with no prior notice. We told him it wasn’t a good time for us. He asked us if 9 am the next day would work and we agreed. He didn’t show at 9 am. We waited until 9:30 am and decided we didn’t want to use any more of our vacation waiting for him. At 10:20 am the property manager sent a text asking us to let him in. We were at the Science Museum in Orlando about 40 minutes away from the property so we were unable to.

Great Condo

We stayed for 6 days for volleyball nationals. Very easy to get to Convention Center and Disney Springs in our down time. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again

Clean and Great Stay!

We traveled with our family of four - 2 adults, 13 year old, and 6 year old. Communication was great from the start. Condo is an end unit which we loved! Not much traffic walking by windows. We heard no noise inside. It overlooks the pool area and it was nice to look out each morning. Very clean space and well stocked with essentials. Plenty of room for all of us! Great location for our trip, it was 20 minutes each morning to get to SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, and Downtown Disney. We did not utilize the main pool area with the slides. It was a short drive away and seemed crowded when we went by each time. The regular pool outside of the condo was perfect and much less crowded!

Jose was great! Nice house!

Super house! We loved it. There was no crib (per initial request) when we arrived. It took a few days, but they delivered a brand new play-n-pack. It was a game-changer with a baby. Thank for buying it for us! This was our first experience in a VRBO, we were surprised by the lack of basic supplies....only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for over a week. We now know and will buy more the first day. There were no pots and pans, so cooking was microwave only. (Maybe state that on the ad). The pool and lazy river were great, the house was wonderful, the location was fabulous, the grounds were quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend that house to friends and family. Jose was very prompt and accommodating. Wonderful experience.

Perfect getaway

Took 4 girls for my daughters 15th Birthday to stay for a few days. The view from the balcony to the pool was perfect. They spent one whole day at the water park/lazy river. Would def come back again

2 Weeks in Warm Weather

Overall, I give it a good rating. Good location for us. Nice amenities. Nice appliances. However, master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. To us, it was totally unusable. We move to second bedroom twin beds. Blind slats in living room fell off and a few were missing already. Suggestions for future renters: instructions for operating Roku tv with Spectrum for people who never had this setup at home; pot holders; kitchen towels; and a vacuum.

Highly recommend this beauty!

I was a bit nervous given the previous review on noise and having stayed at this property, but in a home, wasn’t sure about how the stay would be. However, from the moment of check in to check out, everything was first class. Beautiful, large apartment. Great location overlooking the pool, clean, and everything we needed was available. Wish I could have stayed longer, but will definitely be back. Thank you!

Close to the pool

The most positive comment I can leave is the property manager was awesome! Blinds in living room needed replaced and they were done quickly. The house was mostly as expected. Kitchen was sufficient, no extras. There was an ironing board but no iron. The sofa was SO comfortable! If you have trouble with the door lock push on door above lock, the door is warped. The mattress in the master is VERY worn it desperately needs replaced. We were overcharged and were told a refund was coming from the manger, I am still waiting for that. If you are planning a stay in the next few months I would book another house. There is new construction across the parking lot and they start at 6:30 am. You cannot sleep through the noise. We bought a fan (that we left) to try to help hide the backing beeper noise but it only helped slightly. I wish we would have been told about the construction, we would have booked another unit.

Beautiful condo, great location.

The condo was awesome and exactly as described. The check-in/out was so easy, and the emails leading up to my stay were very informative. After checking in, I sent an email asking for the possibility of staying an extra night but never got a reply. The building is facing a construction zone where another building is being built, out of the control of the owner I’m sure, but the construction workers do not seem to care if you’re trying to enter/exit or sleep. They don’t stay confined to the construction area as they should. Would love to stay here again, maybe next year the not so courteous construction crew will be gone. Overall, we enjoyed the condo itself!

Great place

The place was really good. Very clean, good living space, and had everything we needed. Very, very close to secondary pool was a bonus. Longer walk but we drove to where the rest of the amenities were. The clubhouse needs better parking situation and cost of drinks was a little steep. And they need more lounge chairs. Communication and response times were good. Only two suggestions. One is to get a fake owl on the balcony to keep the birds away. Deck and chairs stained by them. The owl would be a cheap investment to keep from cleaning the balcony often. The other is that you have to get the gate code for the secondary pool from the clubhouse. That wasn’t explained for checking in until I asked. Still, I recommend this property for anyone. I definitely would stay here again.
