Unpleasant
There was hair everywhere; on the walls, the counters, on the white bedroom sheets. The moment we walked in, the place wreaked of smoke, which triggered my allergies. I brushed my teeth in the ensuite bathroom sink and everything that went down the drain after brushing my teeth poured onto my toes and shoes from a pipe leak. There was saliva and water all over the bathroom floor. I notified the Vacasa and they had someone respond the same day, while my family and I were at the theme parks. We came back to an even more filthy bathroom. There was white dried up caulking all over the toilet seat and in the toilet bowl. Repair debris spread atop the garbage and the glove that the person used was left behind.
The very next day, the sink in the ensuite bathroom began to leak and flood the cabinet beneath it, again. This is the same sink that was supposedly repaired the day before. I had to contact the company once more about the faulty pipes in the ensuite bathroom. The company agreed to have someone come out again to fix the problem. I had to call back again on the same day for a leak in the kitchen, that was coming from the kitchen sink. I was never offered to be relocated to another location, no reimbursement for the filth and hassle of having to endure vacationing somewhere so unkept. The worst vacation experience, ever!
