The hotel is excellent. Our room and the entire apartment were extremely clean and very well organized. We loved everything — it was super clean and smelled amazing. The bathroom was also very good. The lobby was nice and the staff were very friendly. The store on-site is very convenient as well. The only thing we didn’t like is that we had to pay for cleaning separately. Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back. We loved it!

All staff we spoke to were very welcoming, the maintenance team helped us on two occasions & couldn't have been better. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space. The pool area was lovely, had plenty of loungers and a bar.

Water is incredibly hard. Checking in could've been more smooth. I did early check in and was told id be called when the room was ready. I showed up after 4pm (the standard check in time) and it was ready. No call. The dryer doesn't heat up well and neither did the oven

Pretty outdated, hallways were dingy and smells stale. Carpet in room was very old. Furniture and kitchen supplies old. Balcony was nice. It’s a timeshare so they try to sell you on it while there. “Free” transportation to parks but didn’t give us the code at check in. Master bath was very nice, huge jetted tube. Upgraded our “view” to the front parking lot… super close to Walmart for groceries. Location 20 mins from Universal Studios. Pool was very nice but if you turn the jets on in the hot tub sounds like a plane taking off, not relaxing. Cool hammocks by the pool. Pool area much smaller than the pictures suggested.

We have stayed at this property over a dozen times and this by far was the worst experience we had. We were in building 1 and the room was so outdated. The furniture was old and scratched. The dishwasher did not work and the dryer didn't dry the clothes. The flyer stated that the bar at the pool was open 9 to 9 and we decided to go there and was told no food the staff was sent home. The hottubs (all three) were barely warm. The bed fitted sheets were not for a king size bed, they did not fit and kept coming off. Just overall was not happy with our stay.

We liked the location and the pool. The hotel room was very tired including: furniture, cookware, mattresses. Staff were very nice.
