Hello!I am sorry you weren't more pleased with your stay at the resort. We try to be very clear about how our room service is and that we are a self-catering resort online, as we don't want to give any false expectations. We are sorry to hear of all the disappointments during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and have circled back with our team, at the front desk we can always help you with the booking of the shuttle service as we are surprised to hear you had inconveniences with that as we offer 4 different times for the Disney Parks.
