Looks good but beware
So we were super excited to get this property, on the surface appeared to be a great option. Look’s fantastic. However, the check in process at the gate is a pain, and took forever. They make you send private info through email to confirm the reservation, even though when u get to the gate nothing is ready.
Now the really bad stuff, the main reason I rented this unit is there were 5 of us and needed multiple bathrooms. The master shower had a clogged drain from day 1. So I messaged and called the host. They promised to send someone out the next morning to fix it. I had to agree to allow them to access the property without us in there, so I did. So we get home from water park the night after it was supposed to be corrected. Issue still not resolved. So I call yet again and they had no idea what was going on. Then late in the night I received a message that their maintenance was unable to resolve the problem, but rest assured they planned to correct the problem after I check out by being in a plumber. A lot of good that does for me.
And the DANGEROUS part, so they either did a diy job on the carpet or had a really bad installer, because all of the thresholds have tack strips underneath and now that the carpet is wearing down the little nails are sticking through in multiple places. So I sliced my toe open, brought this to their attention as well and nothing was mentioned at all of a resolution. So if you dare to rent this property please wear shoes at all times.
