You have to pay 17 a person if you want to have breakfast, the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. They should not call this place a resort when it is not. Especially for the amount of money we paid.

Not the best customer service

Overall the hotel was ok and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an issue we had. After a long day at the parks in the extreme heat, we returned to the hotel around 12:15 a.m. only to find that the air conditioning on our floor and in our room wasn’t working. We were put in a room that did not allow guests to control the room temperature in any way. Instead of being able to unwind, shower, and go to sleep, we had to pack everything up and change rooms at 12:30 in the morning. When I brought this to the attention of the morning hotel staff, Angelo, all he offered was a $20 credit. I asked to speak with a manager, he said he was the manager. Given the inconvenience and how late it was, I really feel like more could have been done to make things right. Overall, the stay had its positives, but this situation left us very disappointed.

Shuttle service to Disney world was not what we expected. They use a third party and pick up times aren’t until around 1030am. We wanted to take advantage of the parks and going late wasn’t really in our timeline. Pool was rather small, we didn’t use it as it was always packed. Chuck E Cheese center is an additional cost. Location was awesome though. This is a good option if you are looking for just a place to sleep.

The location is perfect for being close to the parks, eateries, and shopping. I’m not sure what makes it a resort it didn’t feel as much it was one. Parking was great too.

The Bartender is Great. She goes beyond for people. The hotel is older it is so clean.Only downside is the cheerleaders hogging the hot tub and pool.

Honestly the changes to this hotel sucks. They changed a lot and no longer offer what they were before like Starbucks etc (when the were Wyndham . front desk is a hot mess. AC in the room didn’t cool down. It’s hot in the hallways.

Overall the place is nice. For what it was it was nice. The distance to Disney was good as well. The only things that were kind of bad were, the sheets werent cleaned, both bed had stains on there. The property was clean, however, staff that worked in the rooms and cleaned the hallways were always so loud. Several times they woke us up early with their loud talking. Not to mention construction in the building that we were not made aware of. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable I've experienced. The location was great and as mentioned it was clean.
