Estimados Les deseo informarles de un problema de higiene que encontré en la habitación asignada. Al llegar, noté que la nevera tenía moho y que la pluma (grifo) del baño también presentaba moho. Esto me causó preocupación, ya que no es lo que espero de la limpieza y el mantenimiento de un hotel. Les agradecería que tomen las medidas necesarias para corregir esta situación y evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por lo mismo. Gracias por su atención.

It was dirty. The receptionist at the front desk was very rude, extremely rude. They didn’t have the bed that I paid for. It was terrible. Don’t go there. There was a hole in the ceiling. It was just disgusting. Terrible hotel experience!

It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. It was in need of repairs. Looked like it had water damage. Lady at the front desk was rude. Charged me $40 + tax even tho she stated the rm was ready for a 2 hr early check in. Said she couldn’t print a receipt, will send in email but I never received it. Room smelled, my dtr got bit up by mosquitos. Water pressure low. Toilet water didn’t fill. Took the BR sink a few hrs to drain a sm amount. Had to slam the door to shut completely. Holes in blanket. Pictures in rm not cleaned, very gross. Faucets rusted out and cracked. BR door handle coming off. Mattress stained. TV had lines all thru it. Wall plugs coming off. Pool closed. Construction in the yard but not closed off to public. And ride to parks not working. It was AWEFUL!

The first thing that happened is the lady at front was on her phone while checking us in so wasnt sure who she was talking to. Then the room was clean but bed squeaked (i did get a video). Room 360. Thought it was just our room but lets just say our neighbors had a good time last night. The lights strobed so we had a dark room, then the microwave and coffee maker didnt work because the outlet didnt work so we had to move it to use it. Lets not forget the toliet thats in the middle of the floor. You can prop your feet up on the bathtub and relax during your bowel movement. The shuttle is just the shuttle bus for Orlando so it made many stops to get to parks and only pics up and drops off at a certain time. It was a very rough ride so we took a uber back to hotel. If your looking for just a clean bed and shower this is for you but not worth the money.
