It was just someone to sleep!!! however I never stayed on international Drive! So I was excited too but now I see they have other hotels that’s probably way nicer I’ll probably book them next time…. However I feel like this hotel needs some upgrades ASAP or they just need to close it down!!! very old hotel things was breaking inside of there and it looked ran it down… I’m so upset because when I book a book it it was not refundable which I should have gotten my money back!!! so I just did a quick getaway for two days and thought that it should have been OK but to stay there was not pleasant at all

Check-in was horrible because of the girl at the front counter she was being rude, threatening unprofessional. I asked her why they did not accept cash and she got very defensive. This was concerning the deposit and she was very threatening threatened to call the police on me I got there about five minutes till three and they made her she made me wait until 3 o’clock exactly. She started calling me names. I deserve to be compensated for this. The same thing happened to check out the following morning.

Staff was nice. Room was horrible. Both beds made scary loud noises even just touching them. The bathroom had a huge hole in the ceiling, where a light used to be. The towels hanging up were definitely used and just hung back up.. It was a scary night as I was all alone.
