Staying here is always a pleasure. I stay frequently when traveling and my only suggestion is to replace the latte maker in the lobby. Now its just coffee and thats boring. This is such a nice place, clean and friendly and I always looked forward to the latte machine....now its been downgraded. Please bring it back

The bed was totally worn out, a deep groove on both sides. Change your mattresses out cheapskates! The in room coffee maker didn't work (realized this at 3 o'clock in the morning preparing for an early flight). On top of that, the night manager wanted to charge for coffee in the lobby, knowing the coffee maker was busted. Poor customer service. On a hi note, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.
