This home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is walkable. The home is clean and has most everything you need. The decor is nice and some thought was given to providing storage space for you. If it were my place, I would update the windows and add a fence in back. Great little house. We would totally stay there again.

Very nice updated clean place. The only trouble I had was getting the lock box for the back door open, could not get it opened but front door was ok.No toilet paper,kleenex,or shampoos or shower soaps.

Quick beach getaway

We had a great stay at Island Joy and would recommend this home to others. The home is nicely updated, well kept and clean. We came for a quick trip but would loved to stay for longer as we felt comfortable in this home, fit our family perfectly and close to anything we needed. Sheets and towels provided including beach towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pans, dishes and utensils needed. Spices, cooking spray and condiments will need to be included in your packing list. Overall great home for vacationing.

Great remodeled house

The owners did a great job remodeling this house. Kitchen and bathrooms looked wonderful. It is the perfect location too, so close to restaurants and the beach. We walked everywhere once we got there. Definitely recommend the house.

Joyful stay at Island Joy!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Island Joy! The home was very well cared for, clean, beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home! We loved riding bikes around the island, visiting the fishing pier and dining at the many nearby restaurants. We all slept extremely well and were very comfortable in this coastal gem!! Being able to bring our dog was such a treat!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Great place and location

This place was in the perfect location. It was the cleanest place we have every stayed at. Our yorkie loved the place also, she felt it was just like home. We walked to the ocean and walked to restaurants. Loved it.

Perfect Fit

The property was a perfect fit for our family. The house was exquisitely designed, with thoughtful details at every turn. The location was close to groceries, restaurants, and the beach.
