Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. Brand new construction with all new appliances and furniture. Lots of space for your family + friends. 8 min walk to the beach, 1/2 mile to local coffee shop, easy access to Middleton Park for weekly farmers' markets and summer concerts! This really is the perfect Oak Island beach house for all seasons!

During peak season (Memorial Day -Labor Day), we require a weeklong reservation, with a maximum of 2 weeks.

Great House!

We really loved this house. Great for a family and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants around. Everything about it was easy and enjoyable - just as a vacation should be!

If your even considering here stop now and just do it! Absolutely beautiful! Perfect location!

The location is perfect for those who have not been to the island in a few years parking is now paid parking at the beach access points. This has been announced on the local and visiting pages and should not come as a surprise. The location of this home is literally a 2 block walk. Thats not much at all you can hear the waves on the porch We were going to buy a beach wagon and totally forgot but there was already one there. If you are like us and stay all day you can have someone drive down the heavy cooler and then walk to the access. Takes about 3 min to walk. Here you dont have to pack lunch if you dont want we just walked home and made sandwiches and walked back. The neighborhood is so quiet at night i felt very safe and we walked every night for hours on the beach. The access one road down on the road that connects in front of the house is about a minute longer but it has a blue mat to get over the dunes so it makes a wagon or wheelchair easier to get to the beach. Absolutely perfect. You can walk to the peir in few min. The house was way more stocked than we expected it would be. Many kitchen things we needed remained in totes. The beds and pillows are so comfortable we slept like rocks. The outdoor shower has hot water! The house has a car port and i was concerned having a 2 year old but the railings on the house were child safe and there was a baby gate we used it on the porch. This is a smart house but still user friendly. clean and beautiful cant wait to visit again

Weekend Getaway

This was our first trip to Oak Island and we were very pleased with our house rental. Our daughter loved it so much she said she wished we could live there all the time! The house was easy to get to and close to the beach.
