Read carefully

Very misleading, picture is of a whole house. You are staying in the Harry Potter closet below. There is no cancelation after booking. We tried to make the best of it. On day two, the cockroaches arrived! They affectionately call them palmetto bugs, look them up, it says American cockroaches! We left Tuesday after i woke to them crawling on me! Inquired about partial refund. I received one phone call. Emailed them and ssked to communicate by email. No response!
