It is not a resort. Why charge fees? The pool is too small. The carpets are old. Phones are old.bayhroom too small. Babies not allowed to have floaters on the pool. Elevator takes too long 4 elevators but too slow and all going to the same direction. There is no welcoming stuff compared to all other hotels been in hawaii. It is not a 5 star.

Amazing views all day long and a front-row seat to the best sunsets in Waikiki right from my balcony! Renee at the front desk did a phenomenal job of setting the tone for our stay- she was kind and welcoming and very attentive!
