Everything from check in to check out was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and gives and old world NYC vibe which I loved. The staff was so nice and the location was perfect and walkable to everything. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Roosevelt. The facility is beautiful and the staff wonderful. The rooms are slightly small, but that is to be expected in a city. I did hit my head on the shower (the bar that separates the door from the room is low, they could use a watch your head sign for tall people, my husband almost hit his head too.) The food is delicious. It is a five star hotel. Do be careful on Canal Street. I got to NOLA a lot but it seemed particularly bad this time.
