Everything from the beginning check-in to the breakfast to the staff to the manager to the property to the convenience of being able to get to and from places, was impeccable!! if I could give them 1000 stars I would they were absolutely amazing if you are going to New Orleans stay at this hotel!!

Overall, it was a nice day. The location is more than five minutes away from the Superdome. I was confused on why the showerhead was on one side of the shower wall and the faucet was on the other side and why there was no hand sanitizer nowhere in the hotel, not even in the exercise room

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large with a kitchenette and a few dishes. The bed was comfortable and everything is fairly new. The only downside is that you need a car to get around since restaurants are a few miles away. Also, the breakfast was good.

Overall good stay

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and well maintained. It was hot outside during our stay and the air conditioning was on full blast most of the time. The only thing that could have been better is the noise of dragging furniture in the room/space above us. It sounded like chair dragging across the floor all night. Must have been a storage room of some sort.

Facilities are well kept and concierge is friendly. However parking is limited and check in experience could be enhanced as we arrived forty minutes after recommended check in time and had to wait an hour and a half after arrival to get a room. However, the condition of the room and the view were excellent.
