Easy access to the beach was one of the best part making it ideal for both families and couples. The staff consistently deliver warm Hawaiian hospitality, adding a personal touch that makes guests feel genuinely welcomed. What makes this property unique is its “resort within a resort” feel—there’s always something to do, from cultural activities to on-site dining that showcases local flavors. You can spend days exploring without ever leaving the property. Area for improvement: I felt some rooms could benefit from modern updates to match the premium experience offered in other parts of the resort. Overall, Hilton Hawaii Resort delivered a vibrant yet relaxing Hawaiian getaway that will leave me and my family with lasting memories."

"This hotel was great, the staff were all so kind. The only complaints I have are the water temperature for the showers would go from hot to cold to hot randomly. Also the elevators take FOREVER especially during the day when housekeeping needed to use them to clean rooms. House keeping would make our bed and take the trash daily, I never had anything missing and they were so nice! It’s better to uber or taxi then rent a car and use the parking garage. It’s WAY cheaper to uber. Between the parking garage fee and renting a car price, trust me. Lastly there are a lot of homeless in this town unfortunately but none of them were physical at all, they just mind their business or do ask for money or food then leave you alone. It was sad to see but expected unfortunately. I did give some of my leftover food from meals to them. One strip over is all of the shops and there are SO MANY. Breakfast buffet everyday was great."

"The view was good, bed, pillow comfy. Motel was packed with graduation kids so the elevator took forever. The car service was awesome. The room key was terrible on the last two days of our stay first it wasn't reading and the second time maintenance had to come and break into our room and change the whole lock system which is not good when your coming in late after hours."

"The elevator was horrible, a lot of guest checking in but only 2 poor working elevator in the bldg. Some days the housekeepers skipped cleaning the room. I expected more of the breakfast buffet but it was just okay. Though the staff was helpful, overall as a family we will not stay here again."
