"The staff at this hotel provided excellent customer service. What I didn’t like was there was construction happening and it disturbed my peace time. Also, the day I chose to sleep in, an alarm was sounded at 6:30am and everyone had to evacuate the bldg. Another thing is, one morning I was sitting by the pool area and a worker came up behind me painting the outside wall. This result in me having paint dots all over my clothes and hands. He simply could have asked me to move. I did not see him as my back was turned. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast area was very windy and filled with birds picking at your food. I didn’t like that. But clean hotel and super friendly and helpful staff members."

"Place was great for first our time in Hawaii. Hotel nice and close to everything. Bring comfortable shoes because Shopping, park, and beach walking distance. Dinner cruise pick up was across the street from hotel. Great time, great place!"
