This 2006-built home is all about outdoor living and offers a fantastic outdoor spot to create everlasting memories with your loved ones. The lanai overlooks the bay, and enjoys a sparkling heated pool with an attached spill-over spa. Enjoy the Florida sun and then cool down in the refreshing waters of the pool before surprising your beloved guests with grilled treats courtesy of the summer kitchen: a built-in gas grill and mini-fridge. The poolside outdoor dining area is just perfect for alfresco meals.

As soon as you enter this air-conditioned abode, you will encounter a two-story living room and an upgraded eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, pull-out shelving, under-cabinet lighting, a wine fridge, and all the essentials to prepare the most delicious homemade meals for everyone. Both living areas enjoy smart TVs and comfortable sofas. The primary suite on the first level is enhanced by a double-tray ceiling, custom walk-in closets, access to the lanai, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and separate jetted tub. One guest bedroom enjoys a working desk with a monitor and a printer, and a smart TV. The second floor hosts the second living area and a spacious terrace with a dining table and beautiful views of Clam Bay and colorful sunsets. Additional perks include three beach chairs, one umbrella, and a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are only exterior surveillance cameras.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
