Holiday Inn Lisbon by IHG
"Staff was great. Bar area was good to sit and relax. Room was tightly spaced and could use some renovation. The tub in the bathroom room was not draining fast enough. They had to fix it the next day. Pool was out of service for the year which was my fault for not reading it while booking."

Lisbon Hotel & Travel Guide
Lisbon is pulling double duty in Portugal, serving as both the government capital and unofficial cultural hub. When you’re in the mood for a vacation on the spicy side, this coastal gem on the shore of the Tagus River will check all the right boxes. Marvel at the towering Gothic-style architecture and sink your teeth into the delicacies at a local petisco. Staying at one of the best hotels in Lisbon makes it easy to get to your favorite attractions in virtually no time at all.
Bem Vindo ao Lisbon
Lisbon finds a way to blend the sights and sounds of a bustling city with the hospitality and charm you might only expect from a quaint hillside town. If you land in Lisbon with history on the brain, sites like St. George’s Castle and the House of Spikes are can’t-miss opportunities. On the other hand, if you spend your time in Lisbon with a song in your heart and sangria in your hand, the bars and clubs of Bairro Alto will satiate your need to get down. There are plenty of ways to stay busy before you retire at a hillside bungalow or one of the many beach hotels in Lisbon.
Take a Bite Out of Lisbon’s Food Scene
From no-muss, no-fuss, get-your-hands-dirty tasca eateries to fine dining, Lisbon truly delivers on the food front. Most restaurants will post plates of the day, so it’s easy to decide which local cuisine to try. The café culture here is also no joke, and most Lisbon hotels are happy to direct you to the strongest espresso in the neighborhood.
When you want the best deals on cheap hotels in Lisbon, Travelocity has your back. From hotels near Portela Airport (LIS) to beachfront accommodation, you can always find what you need at a price that won’t make you sweat.

Corinthia Lisbon
"This was our second time staying at the Corinthia Lisbon within the last few years, and overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lisbon. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We had a vehicle during our stay and used the valet parking service. The gentlemen working the valet were always extremely kind and helpful, and they regularly gave us great tips and recommendations for places to eat and visit from a local perspective, which we really appreciated. There were only a couple of minor things that I feel could be improved. Compared to our stay two years ago, the breakfast buffet seemed to have slightly fewer options and the overall quality, particularly at the egg and omelette station, could use a little more attention. We have experienced better omelette stations at other hotels, so this would be one area I would suggest improving. Also, guests should be aware that the elevators can sometimes take quite a while, particularly during busy periods. The hotel is quite large and busy, so this is understandable, but there were definitely times when we had to wait longer than expected for an elevator. That being said, these are relatively minor points. Overall, the Corinthia Lisbon continues to be a great hotel with excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay once again and would certainly consider returning in the future."
