Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Kitchen didn't seem to cope at breakfast. Slow to replace cooked food which wasn't always hot. Rest of the breakfast menu was ok. Restaurant staff were friendly and hard working. Hotel is in a great position for sightseeing

They provide ear plugs but still so loud and shaking from the base of the clubs on pink street. Even in the winter. I cannot imagine the summer. Bathroom in room is not private and is odd. Staff was indifferent.

The hotel was very central and the property itself was lovely. Unfortunately, the locality was so noisy that it prohibited us from sleeping. There was loud music, shouting, chanting, cars revving and general noise into the early hours past 4am, which spoiled our stay. The windows were not substantial enough to block out the noise and neither were the earplugs that were provided by the hotel. It’s such a shame because the room was lovely, as was the food and the staff.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was lovely, on the top floor with windows overlooking the river and the street. I did wonder why they’d provided ear plugs though. We stayed for three nights over the weekend and every night were woken up by loud thumping music, blaring car horns and people shouting. The earplugs helped but it wasn’t exactly relaxing! Everything quietened down at about 3am so we had a nice sleep after that! We still had a lovely holiday!
